We understand that things don't always go to plan and illness can't always be predicted. Our tutors are expected to plan the lessons for each individual student and as they may also incur travelling or child care costs in providing this tuition, we would appreciate it if you could give them as much notice as possible if you have to cancel. At the tutor's discretion, it may be possible to reschedule the lesson for another day.

No charge is made if at least 24 hours notice is given. If a lesson is missed or a cancellation is made within this timeframe that cannot be rearranged, the full fee will be charged.
